My Story

Like many parents, my husband and I experienced what it feels like when your baby doesn't sleep well. We were doing the best we could with the knowledge we had at that time, but we had no idea that it was possible to teach your child how to sleep. You learn many things while being pregnant, but healthy sleep practices do not seem to be one of them.

My daughter’s sleep behavior made me curious about sleep and how we can teach our babies to sleep well. Not sleeping also made me see what an impact sleep has on your life. We sleep trained our daughter, and it was like night and day. We were all sleeping so much better! This made me passionate about being able to support other families to sleep better and have a better quality of life.

Sleep Promotes Sleep

Education & Experience

I have a Master's degree in Development and Rural Innovation and have worked as a project manager with a strong focus on communication. Most recently I became a certified baby sleep coach. I have experience with breastfeeding, nutrition, reflux and allergies, formula, and postpartum depression.

My Approach

I believe that sleep training should be done with plenty of love and patience. Teaching your child how to sleep does not have to be a difficult and negative process. I believe in following your baby's pace and to choose a method that fits with your baby's character. Every baby is different and therefore I approach every baby individually.

My Commitment

I promise that I will be there for you every step of the way and that together we can make your baby sleep peacefully in no time. I promise to guide you and provide a solution that makes you and your baby feel comfortable. Every baby is able to learn how to sleep well and I am confident that yours can too!
